Fahrenkamp Verwaltungs GmbH was founded in 1972 as a management consultancy company.

From 1990, the focus was on advising on investments in the new federal states. The company’s activities concentrated on supporting substantial investments in commercial real estate in Saxony and the establishment of a real estate GmbH in Leipzig, which is now a successful stock corporation.

A further area of business was advising German investors on projects in the USA and Canada. In the process, it also became necessary to manage clients’ real estate in Germany.

Today, the company focuses on advising on the conversion of distressed, commercially rented properties in Munich. The current restructuring of the real estate and financing market has resulted in an increased need for advice in this area, particularly for banks and funds.

The company works with a broad network of various external experts, such as architects, structural engineers, building physicists, specialized lawyers and tax consultants, in order to always achieve the best possible consulting result.

Partner/managing director of the company:

Tobias Fahrenkamp, graduate communications designer, has worked for the company since 1992. He is responsible for the entire operational business and designs and coordinates as well as its internal and external employees.

Prof. Dr. iur. Wolfgang Fahrenkamp has decades of experience in the legal and real estate sector, is a Bavarian professor and licensed lawyer. His legal practice today is essentially limited to work in and for the company.
